• Operations manager required who have experience into logistics Transportation Fleet Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and Lead delivery of the Process LoB Line of Business
• Handled team size of 50 Associates with 3 4 Team Leads setting Process and People Mgt Goals
• Provide subject matter expertise on Oil and Gas Industry
• Motivate and drive team towards larger client goals
• Drive Client End Customer weekly Forum providing business updates
• Effectively manage client escalations RCA and resolution to improve customer satisfaction
• Support leadership team with insights on the process domain decisions
• Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement

Technical Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in BPO Environment
• Expert in Oil Gas Industry Transportation
• Any Bachelor s degree
• Should have managed teams
• Must have Customer Client facing experience through client calls Meetings Workshops
• Proficient in MS Excel MS Powerpoint
• Experience in working with multiple cross functional teams driving common goal
• Should have handled teams spread across multiple locations
