Campaign Analysis and Optimization Monitor & analyze the performance of Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness 5.
Marketing Automation Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline and automate campaign workflows Implement triggered campaigns based on user behavior and engagement Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align communication strategies 6.
Data Management Maintain &manage databases for Email, SMS, WhatsApp campaigns Ensure data hygiene and compliance with data protection regulations 7. Customer Journey Mapping Develop &optimize customer journey maps to guide communication strategies Identify touchpoints and opportunities for engagement 8.
Reporting and Metrics Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns Skill(s) required Email Marketing Earn certifications in these skills Learn Email Marketing Learn Digital Marketing Learn Business Analytics Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1.
