• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 1 year in business development, sales, or relevant role within the B2B segment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Identify potential clients in the B2B market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
• Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver effective business solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Prepare reports on sales progress and pipeline status.
