About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our Recruitment Team. This internship provides hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and engaging with candidates.If you are passionate about HR and eager to learn about talent acquisition, wed love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives, including campus hiring drives.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and recruitment-related documents.
- Engage with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to analyze hiring metrics and reports.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter (a plus).
