Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and networking. Promote and sell financial products like loans, credit cards, insurance, or investment plans.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to explain product benefits. Address customer queries and guide them in choosing the right financial solutions. Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
