What You'll Do
As a Presales Lead, you will:
Customer Support:
oAddress product performance issues and manage quality concerns with effective internal responses.
oIntegration Products to be resold in India.
oOversee return processes, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
Revenue Management:
oCoordinate with Area VP and sales operations for forecasting, PO management, pricing, and customer delivery.
oDrive key metrics, including revenue and conversion performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
oBuild strong customer connections through effective campaign management, quoting, and contract negotiations.
oEnsure seamless data accuracy and manage leads with tools like SFDC.
Marketing & Communication:
oOrganize local marketing activities, conferences, and events.
oLiaise with marketing and inside sales teams for lead generation.
oFacilitate management communication across stakeholders.
Business Process Management:
oRun data-driven operations by gathering and reporting sales forecasts, WIPs, and ad hoc analytics.
oDrive process efficiencies and ownership for operational excellence.
Who You Are
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer's or a related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience in metering domain.
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
Familiarity with tools for revenue planning, forecasting, and sales management.
Willingness to travel (0-15%).
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in process improvement and dashboard reporting (e.g., Power BI).
Knowledge of electrical utility, telecommunications, or energy technologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
