Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct market research to analyze role availability and talent trends.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The Successful Applicant

Maintain and track recruitment metrics, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Employee documents Filing.
  • Develop and manage MIS reports using Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring data accuracy and presentation clarity.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and documentation requirements related to recruitment policies and procedures.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment analytics, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong knowledge of MIS tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates across various roles.
  • Expertise in vendor management, market research, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
