  • Data Entry: Accurately entering customer information, interactions, and case details into the companys customer service software or CRM system. Ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with your team and supervisors to share customer feedback, escalate unresolved issues, and collaborate to improve customer experience and service efficiency.
  • Maintain Knowledge Base: Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and any new products or services offered. Youll participate in ongoing training sessions to continually improve your skills and knowledge.
