Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and charismatic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting signature cocktails, providing top-notch service, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines
  • Collaborate with the bar team to achieve sales goals and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  • In-depth knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Certification in mixology or a related field (preferred)

*Captain/Server*

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled and attentive Captain/Server to join our team. As a Captain/Server, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring seamless execution of food and beverage delivery, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve guests, taking orders and delivering food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Server or Captain in a high-end restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, ingredients, and presentation
  • Certification in hospitality or a related field (preferred)
