About the role:-
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Business Development Manager
team member to join our USA team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth through exceptional Business Development processes.
Key Responsibilities: -- Acquiring and developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of U.S. clients - State, Federal, and/or large private companies.
- Analyzing market trends and aligning them with Tech Army's strategies to identify opportunities.
- Expanding business relationships with existing customers through consistent communication, understanding their needs, and identifying growth opportunities
- Identifying, screening, and developing new business opportunities, including sourcing new clients.
- Generating new leads, reaching out to decision-makers, screening potential business opportunities, and selecting deals aligned with our strategies.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive outbound sales and business development strategies, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the organization
- Maintaining a competitive mindset to identify new business opportunities and contribute to Tech Army's growth.
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail, exceptional organization skills, and effective follow-up abilities
- Cultivating new business partnerships and strengthening existing relationships to drive business growth, support community outreach, and achieve sales objectives.
- Delivering strategic partnerships and acquisitions that align with the enterprise business strategy, from conceptualization to market testing and integration.
- Developing and executing effective sales, marketing, and business development plans, including market database acquisition and integration
Qualifications & Skills:
- Post graduation in Business administration (BBA / BS/ MBA) and/or a degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of business development /sales experience in a service / heavy engineering / manufacturing industry
- Candidates with US IT consulting industry will be required.
- Resourceful, and willing to conduct research on clients & contact individuals.
- Presentable & professional appearance.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.
- Excellent English communication & comprehension, detail-oriented
- Innovative, Analytical, and a Team leader.
