Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions initiatives. The role focuses on driving expansions through Managed Aggregation, Operator, and Asset-Light Models. The ideal candidate will be adept at contract negotiations, financial planning, market analysis, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders such as landlords, builders, and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Acquisitions & Expansion:

  • Drive expansions leveraging Managed Aggregation, Operator, and Asset-Light Models.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential properties and align them with business objectives.

Contract Negotiations & Management:

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with landlords and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and commercial terms for all real estate transactions.

Market Analysis & Planning:

  • Analyze micro-markets to identify growth opportunities and assess market trends.
  • Conduct workplace and space planning to ensure alignment with organizational needs.

Financial Planning & Cost Control:

  • Develop and manage financial models for real estate projects.
  • Conduct cost analysis and implement measures for RE cost control.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, builders, and brokers.
  • Onboard brokers as channel partners, providing training on the company's approach and processes.

Operational Excellence:

  • Prepare, present, and analyze financial models for potential real estate projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align acquisitions with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 57 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions.
  • Proven expertise in managing expansions using Asset-Light, Operator, and Managed Aggregation Models.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and real estate cost analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate micro-market trends and opportunities.
  • Familiarity with workplace and space planning.
