Key Responsibilities:

Content Writing & Creation:

• Develop engaging and persuasive written content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, website pages, and advertisements.
• Write scripts and storyboards for video content, aligning with the company's tone and branding.
• Optimize written content for SEO, using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.

Creative Design & Video Content Production:

• Design eye-catching marketing visuals usingAdobe PhotoshopandIllustrator.
• Create video content and animations withAdobe Premiere ProandAfter Effectsfor campaigns, social media, and promotional activities.
• UtilizeCanvafor quick, on-brand graphic design and templates.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Implement AI tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, or Writesonic for content ideation and automation.
• Analyze audience data and create personalized campaigns using AI-driven insights.

A/B Testing & Performance Optimization:

• Conduct A/B testing to refine marketing strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance user experience.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot.
• Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.

Collaboration & Research:

• Collaborate with the design, sales, and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Research and stay updated on trends in digital marketing, content creation, and AI tools to implement innovative strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and content writing.
• Proficiency inAdobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience usingCanvafor non-technical design tasks.
• Hands-on experience in video content creation and editing.
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Knowledge of A/B testing methods and tools like Google Optimize or Optimizely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
