Job Description & Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced program manager to organise and manage the key initiatives within the Clients & Industries team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-pressure
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program plan, including budgeting & planning, reporting and KPI tracking
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
- Ensure program objectives are aligned with C&I goals
- Monitor and report on program performance, taking corrective action as necessary to ensure successful outcomes
- Identify and manage program risks
- Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and communication to ensure program success
- Continuously evaluate and improve program processes and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and to lead and motivate team members
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability and experience to work with senior stakeholders with an collaborative approach towards the stated objectives.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Year of experience required - At least 10 years of experience in program management, with a strong track record of managing complex programs.
