We are seeking an experienced MICE Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in the job market of India. The MICE Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships in the MICE segment.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the MICE segment
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Manage existing client accounts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful delivery of MICE events
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices

• 10-15 years of experience in MICE sales in the Indian market
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the MICE segment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with the MICE industry and market trends
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
