Description Delivery and execution of programme and/or projects covering overall functional goals. Interface and communicate frequently with employees, management and vendors/partners. Good knowledge of Project Management, Scrum Management with experience of working in role of Project / Programme / Scrum Management, preferably in Fintech space.The position is a IC (individual Contributor) role and reports into Head Product Delivery.
Education B.E / B. Tech / MCA / MBA in Project Management
Experience 5 -10 years. Passport Preferable.
Required Skills Program Management, Project Management, Scrum Management skills. Ability to do multi-tasking and tracking of multiple projects (program). Experience in tracking deliverables (multiple sprints), status report presentations to senior management Excellent written & verbal communication skills.High proficiency level in managing and tracking deliverables in JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Project Management tool.
Key Responsibilities Liaison with project stakeholders on regular basis. Set the expectations right between various stakeholders as well as the customers. Stand-up meetings, Sprint Demo Sessions, Sprint Retrospective Sessions Communicate with wide variety of stakeholders both business and technical, vendors, to ensure value driven delivery and continuous improvement of the team Report the timely progress of sprints via burndown/burnup charts and other reporting methods Deciding team's velocity and setting up the sprint targets accordingly to make sure team is neither overloaded nor underloaded.
Highlight deviations, delays, liabilities, dependencies, risk elements, scope creep etc. and bring all the stakeholders on the same page. Finish the project within agreed timeframe and within budget. Conduct regular project review meetings with all stakeholders involved in the project.Conduct/Attend Project governance meetings with the customers. Prepare reports required to do management reporting. Manage to get issues resolved as arising in the existing project through personal interventions. Ensure Project and support activities happen within the SLAs.
Maintain clear understanding of company's business, policies, processes, user requirements and technology. Adhere to the established processes in the organization.
Miscellaneous Preferably PMP/Prince2/Professional Scrum Master certified. A team player and a leader who is focused to maintain healthy relationship with all stakeholders.
