Project Role Description : Assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team. Manage service delivery quality and cost.

Must have Skills: Automic/UC4 , One Automation batch operations
Monitoring of the batch cycles in Automic/UC4 monitoring of the long running jobs, accepting the alarms and tickets, and take appropriate action for the failures.
Hands on experience in executing jobs or batches in Automic/UC4
Tracking Automic/UC4 environment as per Health Check process
Track progress of tickets on a daily basis
Ensuring the proper escalation of Automic/UC4 alarms
Document escalation and notification within Ticketing Tool
Resolving the incidents if they are not escalated to the next level.
Preparation of reports at regular intervals.
Maintain the updated documentation.

Monitor the batch queue and report job failure to the application team.
Escalation to administration team if any intermittent issues with in the applicationResolving the incidents if they are not escalated to the next level.
Preparation of reports at regular intervals.
Maintain the updated documentation.
Ability to handle P1/P2 critical issues - their Resolution, RCA, effective communication to clients/Stakeholders and internal.
Problem management and handling Change/Change managementClear and crisp written and spoken communication skills, both with clients and internally.
