We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent individual to join our team as a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst.

What you will be doing:
- Analyze customer behavior on Le Boat websites to improve the online experience.
- Identify patterns for enhancing the customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Use various tools for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Communicate actionable insights with measurable results.
- Provide clear weekly web analysis, covering drivers and detractors.
- Align web analytics with Yield & Marketing team goals and business analytics.
- Create automated dashboard reports (Looker Studio, Power BI) on site performance for acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Report on digital experience across all channels (SEO, PPC, Social, Email, etc.) with improvement recommendations.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance for future insights.
- Advocate for data-driven decisions across the company.
- Own GA4 audits, recommending and implementing necessary changes.
- Combine online and offline data for comprehensive sales tracking.
- Manage analytics tools and tags, ensuring data accuracy and cohesion with business reports.
- Coordinate tracking improvements with IT and external partners.
- Identify and recommend solutions for underperforming website areas.
- Analyze customer experience and segmentation data for profiles and insights.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and privacy policies for all tags and developments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies in alignment with business reports..
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years in B2C Lead Generation & E-Commerce, working with Enterprise Analytics (GTM, GA/GA4).
- Skilled in data visualization (PowerBI) and reporting (Looker Studio, MS Excel).
- Proficient in combining datasets to identify correlations and insights.
- Knowledgeable in Web Analytics: experimentation, testing, competitive analysis, surveys, and market research.
- Experience in cross-channel marketing with a proven grasp of customer journeys and funnels.
- Strong communicator, able to deliver clear insights to all management levels, end-users, and tech teams.
