What you will do:
The Database Research Associate will play a critical role in supporting marketing and sales campaigns by building and maintaining customized databases, primarily focused on contact-level information and decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in web research, data mining, and data cleansing, ensuring high-quality and accurate data for organizational use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive research activities, including list research, list building, and data mining.
- Gather contact information (e.g., job title, email address) for targeted individuals within specific organizations.
- Utilize various search engines and tools, such as LinkedIn, Google, and online databases, to extract relevant data.
- Perform data formatting, standardization, deduplication, and case conversions to maintain a clean and organized database.
- Ensure assigned productivity and quality targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Stay updated on the best practices and innovative methods for web-based research.
- Collaborate with the team, maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
What you should bring:
- Strong web research skills, with a deep understanding of keyword usage and online research tools.
- Ability to find innovative and efficient ways to source data.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using computers and the internet.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and web research tools.
- Prior experience in web research is essential.
