Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing concierge services within our partner properties. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bengaluru.The candidate should have substantial experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications And Skills- Extensive experience as a concierge in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of concierge services and best practices (Mandatory skill).
- Solid background in the hospitality industry, ensuring high-level service standards (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in managing and coordinating property realm concierge services.
- Proven ability in hospitality management and overseeing staff operations.
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional hospitality services to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and oversee all concierge services within the assigned properties.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with clients and staff to provide tailored concierge services.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.
- Supervise and train concierge staff to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage daily operations, scheduling, and logistical support for concierge services.
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate seamless service integration.
