Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing concierge services within our partner properties. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bengaluru.

The candidate should have substantial experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications And Skills
  • Extensive experience as a concierge in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of concierge services and best practices (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid background in the hospitality industry, ensuring high-level service standards (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in managing and coordinating property realm concierge services.
  • Proven ability in hospitality management and overseeing staff operations.
  • Proficiency in delivering exceptional hospitality services to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all concierge services within the assigned properties.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Coordinate with clients and staff to provide tailored concierge services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.
  • Supervise and train concierge staff to ensure excellence in service delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage daily operations, scheduling, and logistical support for concierge services.
  • Work closely with other departments to facilitate seamless service integration.
