Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, 1 MG, Myntra, Snap Deal etc., and other relevant online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, product listing, inventory management, and sales optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our online stores across various e-commerce platforms.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings to ensure maximum visibility and sales performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, enhance customer engagement, and improve product rankings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, 1 MG, Myntra, Snap Deal etc. and others.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all platforms, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stockouts.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers across platforms to drive sales and enhance customer acquisition.
• Handle customer queries, reviews, and complaints across platforms, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, platform policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably across multiple platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, 1 MG, Myntra, Snap Deal etc.
• Proficiency in e-commerce management tools and software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
