Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support our logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and timely movement of goods, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations:

• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups.
• Manage inventory, tracking, and warehousing.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with transportation providers and suppliers.
• Resolve logistics-related issues.

Supply Chain Management:

• Source and procure materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Analyse market trends and optimize supply chain.

Warehouse Management:

• Maintain organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Oversee inventory storage, receipt, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.

Other Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and support.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Education:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience: 1-3years of logistics experience.
