Key Responsibilities:
Sales Outreach:
ؠConduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Microsoft 365 products.
ؠDevelop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of Microsoft 365 solutions.
ؠExperience in cloud selling- M365, Google and AWS
ؠConduct Market research (Primary and Secondary Research) to identify potential customers
Product Knowledge:
ؠStay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and industry trends.
ؠArticulate the value proposition of Microsoft 365 products in relation to the client's business requirements.
Customer Engagement:
ؠBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.
ؠListen to customer needs, address concerns, and provide relevant solutions.
Sales Targets:
ؠMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
ؠCollaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales tactics.
Lead Qualification:
ؠQualify leads to ensure they align with the target customer profile.
ؠDocument all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaboration:
ؠWork closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
ؠProvide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve product offerings.
Requirements:
ؠProven experience in tele sales, preferably in the technology industry.
ؠFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 products and services.
ؠExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ؠStrong negotiation and closing abilities.
ؠGoal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
ؠProficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
ؠAbility to work under pressure and stringent timelines.
