Your Role- Lead and manage transformation initiatives for clients in Telecom and other industry sectors such as Pharma, Insurance, and Consumer Products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Work closely with clients to understand their priorities, shape their transformation roadmaps, and drive the innovation agenda, with a strong focus on digital and technological advancements.
- Provide structure to complex client challenges and utilize your expertise to conceptualize, develop, and implement industry-standard methods, tools, and approaches.
- Elicit requirements from varied stakeholder groups and precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive process reviews for end-to-end value chains across diverse industries. Identify and address business priorities, delivery challenges, and operational gaps. Create and monitor success measurement tools like scorecards and KPIs.
- Interact with vendors, designers, architects, and developers to understand limitations, deliver elements of system design, and ensure that business requirements and use cases are handled.
- Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options. Own end to end documentation of requirements including version control and required signoff.
- 4 to 10 years of Experience on Business Analysis / Digital Transformation / Process Consulting / Business Consulting
- Master’s degree in business administration from Tier I institutes.
- Extensive experience in Telecom consulting, process reengineering, and digital transformation.
- Working experience on Digital Transformation, OSS/BSS Implementations
- Experience and knowledge of any one industry from Pharma, Insurance, CPR, Banking, etc. in addition to Telecom.
- Good experience in working in SDLC and AGILE program management methods.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in Business Process Improvement, Gap requirements session, Project and Resource planning, Application Prototype designing (UX), effort estimation and pricing for products.
- Strong JIRA/VSTS, MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Participation in RFP mapping and submission, Experience of working on GTM strategy, business development activities
- Should be good at working with cross functional teams for solutioning and identifying the opportunities
