Job Description
- Gather and analyse business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Onboarding. Sound knowledge in Story reporting will be an add on.
- Configure system settings, workflows, and business rules within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets requirements.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting
- Assist with data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and loading into SAP SuccessFactors.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors product releases, new features, and industry best practices.
- Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for future reference.
