About Role
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing our company's overall digital marketing strategy.In addition, you will manage, guide and train digital marketers and other marketing positions within the team.
The successful candidate must have a strong passion for digital technologies and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can collaborate effectively with team members and drive marketing initiatives forward.
Requirement
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive.
- 2 years of experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Familiarity with web design.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or a relevant field.
Responsibilities

- Develop, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy for the company.
- Manage and guide the rest of the digital marketing team.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email, display advertising, PPC and SEO.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, measuring ROI and KPIs.
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring they are aligned with the company's branding and messaging.
- Manage and optimize online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Build an inbound marketing plan.
- Forecast sales performance trends.
- Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
