Designation: Manager - Real Estate
Location: Malad, Mumbai.
Experience Required: 3 years Plus
Preferred Sector: Real Estate-Related Companies
Salary Range: CTC 5,00,000- 8,00,000 PA + Additional benefits as per companys norms (Incentives, Travel Allowance, Phone Allowance etc)

Notice Period: 15 days or less

I KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

A Real Estate Assistant Manager would primarily be responsible to handle and get the Real Estate Leads addressed and closed.

Revenue Generation:

  • Meet prospects, explain details of products and offers and close the sale
  • Ensure a high level of conversion and reduce the cost of acquisition
  • Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
  • Making available property database of the area.
  • Catering clients as per their needs from the available database by calling and personal visits.
  • Must have experience in real estate closing sales attending clients at the site and closing the deal.

  • Support Managers in developing and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Organize and participate in all promotion activities organised at the organization.

Operational Governance:

  • Play a key role during various stages of the Client engagement program and help the team members develop strong, long-term relationships.
  • Responsible for Market research and surveys which will help in closing deals.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the working Developers and Partners and Sourcing team to ensure business continuity.
  • Update leads in CRM and follow up till closure.
Customer Experience Management
  • Ensure effective relationship management by monitoring the movement of the customers and implementing a customer retention program.
  • Minimize rejections and customer complaints to create a wow experience.
  • Customer query handling/complaint resolution.
II INDICATIVE KPIs
  • Achievement of the Companys Real Estate Acquisition & Revenue targets.
  • Achievement of Rental Book Growth targets.
  • Achievements of Service Standards.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED

An Assistant Manager is required to interact with customers for most of his/her day so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. The job also requires thorough product and sector knowledge to provide sound and reliable advice to clients. The major skills and competencies required are:
