Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Academic Counselor to join our team at Vibrant Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to students seeking educational and career advice.

This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in educational sales and counseling.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience in educational sales and counseling
Knowledge of educational programs, admission procedures, and career options
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and parents
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and educational software
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding educational programs, career planning, and study techniques
Assist students in choosing the right courses and educational institutions based on their interests and goals
Provide information on admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and financial aid programs
Help students develop academic plans and set realistic goals
Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions and progress
Stay up-to-date with educational trends, university programs, and career opportunities
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other staff members to ensure students academic success
Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations on educational topics
Promote the educational services offered by the company and generate leads
