Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both frontend and backend development, capable of building scalable web applications, and experienced in working with modern development frameworks and databases.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend and mobile applications.
• Work with frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript to build user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement backend solutions using Node.js, Express.js, and manage databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Develop and integrate ORM architectures for database interactions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to develop seamless applications.
• Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of applications.
• Implement unit testing and integration testing to ensure application stability.
• Manage deployments using AWS or other cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in full-stack development and contribute to continuous improvement.

Technical Skills Required:

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API development.
• Database Management: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL, ORM frameworks.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.), CI/CD pipelines.
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab.
• Testing & Debugging: Unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha), debugging tools.
• Security & Performance Optimization: Implement authentication (OAuth, JWT), prevent vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
