Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
A Techno-Functional Consultant experienced in the implementation of Financial Crime and Compliance Management solutions. Reporting directly to the Project Manager/Project Director, the Techno-Functional Consultant will work closely with both Technical and Functional subject matter experts from the bank side, and other team members on the Oracle side, to successfully deploy the OFSAA FCCM Suite of solutions (Sanctions - Transaction Filtering & Customer Screening, AML, KYC and ECM).

Responsibilities
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
Major Requirements:
Install, deploy and configure the FCCM solutions in a customer environment. This includes coordinating with customer technical resources to ensure that third party products are correctly configured for integration with FCCM.
Support all phases of deploying the FCCM solutions at customer sites including initial installation, patches and upgrades, application configuration, user acceptance testing and go-live.
Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the FCCM solutions.
Discuss and document configuration of client environment.
Adopt and contribute to FCCM best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the OFSAA Delivery organization.
Understanding of system security principles, specifically around user authorization and authentication methods and technologies
Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a clients IT processes and strategies. In addition, must be able to lead clients through the process of integrating the FCCM solutions into their operational environment.
Mature, self-starting, self-motivating, and capable of making decisions independently.
Preferred Background/Qualification:
Graduate level degree focused on Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Financial Crime Studies.
The Techno-Functional Consultant must be able to clearly articulate FCCM functionality and requirements to both clients and colleagues at all levels, from engineering staff to senior executive management.
PL/SQL advanced level.
Knowledge of middleware technologies like WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat and familiarity with Python, R programming, Machine learning and AI.
Working knowledge of job scheduling products such as AutoSys and Control M.
Knowledge of LDAP based Directory Server technologies and Unix shell scripting.
Advanced knowledge of RDBMS concepts.
Familiarity with OBI is a plus.
Excellent English, written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the financial services industry.
Implementation experience with Oracle FCCM compliance solutions or with competitive (Actimize, BAE Systems/Detica NetReveal, Eastnets) compliance solutions.
Experience with Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) or other data quality tools is a plus.
