Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team in the Transformer/CRGO industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing strategies and executing campaigns to promote our transformer and CRGO products.

The role demands strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovative marketing techniques that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, customer preferences, and potential growth opportunities within the transformer and CRGO market.
  • Analyze market data to provide actionable insights and refine marketing strategies to increase market share.
  • Brand Management & Promotion:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to build and enhance the company's brand presence in the transformer and CRGO industry.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
  • Coordinate with design teams for collateral such as brochures, catalogs, case studies, and other marketing assets.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development:
  • Generate new leads and opportunities by identifying key accounts and establishing long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the transformer manufacturing and CRGO sectors.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads and contribute to the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Track and analyze online performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure the achievement of marketing goals.
  • Product Launches & Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute product launches, ensuring effective communication and promotion of new products and solutions within the transformer and CRGO markets.
  • Organize webinars, events, and trade shows to showcase new product innovations and generate customer interest.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, distributors, utilities, and contractors in the transformer and CRGO industry.
  • Provide marketing support to customers and the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Budget Management & Reporting:
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports on campaign performance, ROI, and market penetration, presenting insights to senior management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with R&D, product development, and production teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product features, specifications, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of marketing materials and content.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks specific to the transformer and CRGO industry.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the transformer, CRGO, or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the transformer manufacturing process, CRGO steel products, and related industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at senior levels within customer organizations.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and data analytics software.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to drive business growth.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
