Telecaller Job Requirements: Quick learner with a strong ability to understand new systems and processes efficiently. Highly detail-oriented to ensure minimal errors in customer communications. Shows a natural ability to help and support clients effectively.
Demonstrates active listening, empathy, and patience during customer interactions. Skilled at converting leads to sales without being overly aggressive or intrusive. Ability to communicate clearly and adapt messaging as needed. Open to working on-site at Mahadevpura. Job Description: Seeking candidates with experience in the automobile industry; freshers are also welcome.
Experience range: 0–5 years (Telesales background preferred). Language requirements: Fluent in English, above-average Hindi, and basic Kannada. Work schedule: 6 days with 1 rotational or fixed day off (not on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). Work Location: Mahadevpura, BangaloreTechnical & Professional Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional languages).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools. Persuasive and negotiation skills for closing deals. Soft Skills & Personal Attributes: Confident, energetic, and self-motivated. Patience and good listening skills. Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
