What would you do? In our Service Supply Chain offering, we leverage a combination of proprietary technology and client systems to develop, execute, and deliver BPaaS (business process as a service) or Managed Service solutions across the service lifecycle: Plan, Deliver, and Recover.In this role, you will partner with business development and act as a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help build resilient solutions that will enhance our clients supply chains and customer experience.
As a Client Data Protection Controls Specialist, you have a keen attention to detail with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. You will develop, implement, and monitor data protection controls to ensure the security and privacy of client data and reduce business risk to Accenture and our clients.This role involves assessing risks, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, and collaborating with various departments to enhance data protection practices.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, Law, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection, information security, risk management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with statistical and analytical tools and software (i.e. Excel, SAS, R Python, SQL, Tableau)
- Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), or similar are preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively convey complex climate-related risks

Roles and Responsibilities: • Data Protection Controls: o Develop and implement data protection controls to safeguard client data
o Monitor and assess the effectiveness of data protection controlso Identify and address vulnerabilities in data protection measures
- Risk Assessment
o Analyze the likelihood and impact of identified risks
o Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Compliance:
o Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
o Provide recommendations for improving compliance and reducing risk exposure
- Data Analysis:
o Use statistical and analytical tools to assess data protection controls
o Prepare and present data protection analysis reports to senior management
- Training and Awareness:
o Develop and deliver data protection awareness programs
- Incident Response:
o Develop and implement incident response plans
o Coordinate with relevant departments to address and resolve data protection incidents
- Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare and present reports on data protection activities to senior management and other stakeholders
