We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic **Relationship Manager** to join our team in **Nashik** and **Noida**. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in gold valuation, gold appraisal, and handling, with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience.
• Perform gold valuation, appraisal, and handling as per company guidelines and standards.
• Assist customers with their gold-related inquiries, offering them expert advice and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring all customer interactions are logged properly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Drive sales and business growth by effectively marketing products and services to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for gold handling and valuation.

• **Experience**: 1-2 years of relevant experience in gold valuation, gold appraisal, and handling.
• **Skills**: Strong understanding of gold valuation techniques, gold appraisal, and handling methods.
• **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• **License and Transport**: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and have access to a two-wheeler.
• **Age**: Candidate should be up to 30 years of age.
