SDE 2 Full-Stack Developer (Node.js with Next.js)

Job Description

At Beebom we are hiring for a highly skilled Full-Stack developer who will be responsible for both the front-end and back-end development processes of our in-house product discovery platform. You'll be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a fully-fledged and functioning application with a database/server.

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong understanding of both front-end (client-side) and back-end (server-side) technologies and be able to build scalable and efficient applications. You should be proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and have experience working with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Requirements:

• Must have 2-4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js )
• Must have working experience with front-end languages and libraries such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, XML, jQuery
• Experience with Next.js and its ecosystem
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with integrating them into web applications
• Good knowledge of Version control systems (ex. Git ) and agile development methodology
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure etc
• Great attention to detail and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy scalable applications using the MERN stack
• Developing and designing front-end web architecture
• Write efficient and clean code, adhering to best practices and industry standards
• Write effective APIs
• Create security and data protection settings
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless user experiences
