Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement new business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Strong understanding of financial management processes and best practices.
- Experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
- Knowledge of integration points between Oracle Cloud Financials and other modules/systems.
- Experience in conducting system testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
