About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Executive to streamline HR processes and drive excellence in our people management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee and manage HR operations, processes, and policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, TDS, etc.), and HR best practices.
Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit).
Maintain and update HRMS software and employee records.- Payroll & Compensation Management
Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing, tax deductions, and compliance.
Validate attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and salary structures.
Assist employees with payroll, benefits, and tax-related queries.- Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, queries, and conflict resolution.
Implement employee engagement initiatives, well-being programs, and recognition activities.
Foster a positive work culture and high employee morale.- Performance Management & Training
Facilitate the performance appraisal process, track progress, and coordinate reviews.
Work closely with department heads to identify and execute training programs.
Assist in career development initiatives and succession planning.- HR Strategy & Process Improvement
Continuously improve HR processes, policies, and automation for efficiency.
Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Support leadership in strategic HR planning and decision-making.
Key Requirements:
Education: Strong academic background from a reputed institution (Good Pedigree).Experience: Minimum 2+ years in HR Operations, Payroll, and Compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Experience with HRMS tools .
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
