About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Executive to streamline HR processes and drive excellence in our people management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee and manage HR operations, processes, and policies.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, TDS, etc.), and HR best practices.

Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit).

Maintain and update HRMS software and employee records.
  1. Payroll & Compensation Management

Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing, tax deductions, and compliance.

Validate attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and salary structures.

Assist employees with payroll, benefits, and tax-related queries.
  1. Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, queries, and conflict resolution.

Implement employee engagement initiatives, well-being programs, and recognition activities.

Foster a positive work culture and high employee morale.
  1. Performance Management & Training

Facilitate the performance appraisal process, track progress, and coordinate reviews.

Work closely with department heads to identify and execute training programs.

Assist in career development initiatives and succession planning.
  1. HR Strategy & Process Improvement

Continuously improve HR processes, policies, and automation for efficiency.

Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.

Support leadership in strategic HR planning and decision-making.

Key Requirements:

Education: Strong academic background from a reputed institution (Good Pedigree).

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in HR Operations, Payroll, and Compliance.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

Experience with HRMS tools .

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
