About The Position
As principal of Business Systems Analyst in the Corporate application division, you would be working on some of our latest ventures to Support and Enhance cutting-edge SaaS business applications. Partners with Business Groups to ensure delivery of end-to-end business application solutions aligned to the business and IT strategy, as well as the support of those applications.Works with Business Groups to define their global technology roadmaps. Manages projects from inception to completion with matrix, and global teams Reports the status of projects or issues to upper management. contributes input to budget planning. Responsible for hiring, developing his teams, and managing business stakeholder relationships.
This position acts as a critical liaison between the company's financial functions including Corporate Controllership, Regional Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Business Assurance, and the company's IT organization.

- Application/integration architecture; constructs solutions across multiple functional areas and applications
- Develops test strategy and execution to cover testing in an optimal amount of time

- Organizes test labs for repetitive testing
- Drives methodology and best practices for defect resolution and triaging
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects running in parallel
- Optimizes release management to strike a good balance between business goals and delivery capacity
- Ability to logically split bigger projects into value-added releases to gain business value in progression
- Identifies and manages risks in release delivery
- Designs configurations methodology to drive consistency, robustness, speed, and good governance
- Monitors and manages support metrics and trends for functional areas

- Analyzes adoption rates and issues and assesses business case realization and proposes solutions to improve
- Manages/leads individual consultants or consulting teams as assigned
- Participates in vendor advisory boards and user groups
- Is accountable for creating and negotiating vendor contracts, MSA/SOW, License Agreements, and driving through internal reviews with GTS leadership and Legal teams
- Executes and guides large-scale vendor evaluations by BSA staff, vets recommendation, and negotiation communications for executive review
- Responsible for executive communications and cross-functional stakeholder buy-in
- Brings thought leadership to influence technology roadmap and decisions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Worked as IT Leader, IT Principal Analyst, Lead Business Partner, and Client related to Oracle EPM Applications.
- Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and scripting for FCCS application implementation and maintenance
- Participated in multiple implementation projects in EPM applications
- 8 to 15 years of experience in the Consolidation/EPM/Hyperion applications
- Designed and delivered multiple end to end Solutions in EPM applications
- Worked in a couple of other Oracle fusion EPM application modules like EDMCS, TRCS, ARCS, and PCMCS
- Have in-depth finance functional knowledge to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's in Engineering, Accounting or Business preferred
- Expertise in implementing and supporting financial systems
- Expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Cloud
- 10+ years of experience working within the finance and accounting organization of a large multinational company
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to travel occasionally if needed
