Job Description
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. Your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems.
