Job Description

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. Your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  1. Call Handling:
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism.
  1. Data Entry:
  • Accurately enter customer information into the system.
  • Update customer records as needed.
  • Document all interactions and transactions with customers.
  1. Product/Service Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the company's products or services.
  • Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service skills.
  1. Adherence to Policies and Procedures:
  • Follow company policies and procedures in handling customer inquiries and data.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems.
