Job title: Area Sales Manager
Your role:
- Handling Channel Sales (General Trade/Distributors).
- Achieve month wise sales objectives (Primary and Secondary Sales) of the region for entire Personal Care product range
- Implement companyu2019s credit policy
- Ensure regionu2019s Commercial is within budgets
- Driving business through a team of dedicated/exclusive DSOs at Distributor points
You're the right fit if:
- preferably MBA with a specialization in Sales and Marketing
- Ideally 5 years of General Trade Channel Experience
- Experience & knowledge of channel sales
- Ideal candidate should have experience of leveraging on existing channels & setting up new channels to reach the set objectives.
- Should possess extensive experience in at Distribution/Channel Management
- Candidates having experience in the FMCG industry (preferred - cosmetic channel)
- Good inter-personal skills
- Strong in Data Analytics and MS office
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
