Job Description
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders including business leaders, subject matter experts, and L&D coordinators, to understand their needs and ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives
Program manage leadership development programs including managing action learning projects from inception to completion
Create tailored interventions to address specific business needs
Manage relationships with external training vendors
Utilize and administer LMS, LXP and other learning technologies to track learner progress, manage content, and generate reports
Lead campus recruitment for the group
Desired Profile
Full time PGDM/MBA or MSW or MHRM Proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering successful learning programs Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies Strong project management and organizational skills Proficiency in using learning technologies, including LMS administration and e-learning authoring tools Excellent presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
