This role involves sales, market research, relationship management, and strategic planning to expand the insurance portfolio.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Growth: Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Promote and sell insurance products (Life, Health, General, Corporate). Meet sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and corporate partners. 2. Client Relationship Management: Assess client needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Explain policy details, benefits, and claim processes. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. Follow up on policy renewals and upsell additional coverage. 3. Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify market trends and competitors' activities.
Develop innovative ways to generate leads and attract customers. Use digital marketing, social media, and online tools for lead generation. 4. Coordination & Compliance: Work closely with underwriters and claims teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in CRM software. Ensure compliance with IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) and company policies.Skills & Competencies Required: ✅ Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to close deals effectively.
✅ Excellent Communication – Strong verbal and written skills for client interaction. ✅ Customer Relationship Management – Building trust and long-term associations. ✅ Financial Awareness – Understanding of insurance products and policies. ✅ Target-Oriented – Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
