Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support the HR department. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations and processes, making it ideal for individuals with a strong administrative background and an interest in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation.Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Compliance Management: Ensure HR activities align with labor laws and organizational standards.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on HR metrics, attendance, and other operational data.
Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related issues.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events and training programs.
General Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
