Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business growth targets. 3. Customer Support & Problem Resolution Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly. Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth service delivery. Liaise with internal teams to improve customer experience.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitors. Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to products or services. Assist in the development of new strategies to improve customer engagement.
5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Prepare reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and revenue performance.
