Job Overview
Fortune Paints Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist for our Hyderabad office. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring one to three years of work experience. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk environment.
Qualifications And Skills- Proven experience in a receptionist role or similar position for a minimum of one year.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address visitor or client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in handling administrative duties and documentation.
- Effective time management skills, allowing for the completion of multiple tasks promptly.

- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones is essential for daily tasks.
- Competence in handling calls and directing them appropriately, ensuring that clients and staff receive timely assistance.
- Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office, ensuring a warm and friendly environment.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department, maintaining organized visitor management systems.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate information or taking messages as needed.
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
- Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable at all times.
- Maintain and update contact lists and distribute internal communications when necessary.
