This position reports to

Business Chief Financial Officer

Your role and responsibilities

In this position you will be in charge of:

• Financial management for a Global Business Line with full P&L responsibility.
• Financial reporting for both Global and Local Business Lines, including monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Monitoring business performance and providing insights and analysis to support operational decision-making.
• Assessing business risk exposure and defining risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance, ensuring consistent implementation of risk management processes.
• Driving appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency, while developing forward-looking analytics across functions for faster and transparent decision-making.
• Managing and closely monitoring cash flow, taking action to improve Net Working Capital.

• We are hiring in these two locations: France, India (you should be resident of these countries, or be willing and able to relocate to the designed country)
• Other qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Management Accounting
• 10+ years of experience in Business Controlling roles, preferably in a global setting.
• Project controlling experience will be preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Processes and tools in Finance with strong Business Acumen.
• Track record of execution and delivering results in international environment.
• Good collaboration and communications skills.
• Fluent in English, or French (for the France location) any other language is an asset
• Recognized as great team player and appreciated for collaboration and business partnering skills.
