Job Description
ؠExcellent communication skills & ability to build a target pool of its workforce network.Have knowledge of H1B transfer & GC process
ؠHaving Good knowledge of all visa types (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, H1, H4-EAD, OPT EAD, L2 EAD, TN, E3), tax terms like Corp-to-Corp, 1099 & W2.
ؠSearch for the suitable requirements to the Bench consultants from Various Job Boards like Dice, Monster, CB, LinkedIn etc.
ؠIn-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market. Experience in building the talent pool for the various IT skills for H1 transfer.
ؠShould be self-motivated as well as a team player.
ؠThe ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
ؠShould have experience in complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing to On-boarding.
ؠFocus on sourcing quality resumes through head hunting, job portals, and networking Sites
ؠHandling full life cycle of full-time IT recruitment process, end to end recruitment.Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
ؠEfficiently manage recruitment process and beactively involved in each phase of it.Interact with the candidates and brief them about the requirements.
ؠSourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients requirements.Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
ؠCoordinate with the short-listed candidates and client relationship team.
ؠPost interview coordination with candidates & client relationship team.
ؠStrong negotiation and convincing skills.
ؠSelf-motivated go-getter.
