Job Purpose/ Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Training Academy Lead to oversee the operations of one of the five regional Sintex Learning Academies across India. The Academy Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality training delivery and leading a team of trainers who provide product, sales, and behavioural training.The Academy Lead will report to the Head of Training and Head of Sales and Category and will play a critical role in establishing the Academy as a world-class learning institution

Job Description
Lead and manage the local Academy, ensuring the delivery of impactful training programs related to Sintex products (tanks, pipes, and fittings., sales and behavioural skills. Supervise a team of product and sales trainers, providing guidance, support, and ensuring alignment with overall Academy goals.Collaborate with the Training Head, Sales Head and Category Head to design and implement comprehensive training curricula that meet the learning needs of the sales workforce, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure the Academy operates efficiently, meeting targets for trainee capacity, training quality, and post-training evaluations.
Work Training Headsely with the product and sales teams to stay updated on new product launches and integrate them into training programs. Oversee the development and customization of training materials, including presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and assessments.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with local leadership, sales teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business goals.
Manage the logistics, budgeting and resource allocation for the Academy, ensuring optimal functioning and learning environment. Ensure adherence to compliance, safety and company standards across all training operations. Drive a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the Academy.
