Role Description
Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and procurement, to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and progress reports.
Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and approvals.
Identify and resolve project-related issues to avoid delays.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
Support procurement by ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.- 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the automation or robotics industry.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
