Job Description

Gurgaon - Haryana - India, New Delhi - Delhi - India

Location: Gurgaon

• Coordinating with the team for design proposals and monitor design production, to develop creative strategies for corporate office interiors.
• Overseeing all stages of project design, from conception to implementation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure projects meet design requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Candidate should have a good hand in preparing Test fits, updating CAD layouts and BOQ preparation.
• Using architectural tools and software to create detailed plans and blueprints.
• Presenting designs, ideas, and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensuring all designs adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitoring and managing project progress, making necessary adjustments to design plans as needed.
• Should be flexible to work during different time zones (Covering India and US time zones as per requirement).

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in designing and managing corporate office interiors.
• Proficient in architectural tools and design software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of industry safety regulations and standards.
