Executive Assistant
What You'll Do:
Avalara is looking for an Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Executives. You will have multiple creative/coordination/administrative responsibilities in a. You are you who will be ready to feel The Power of Orange and have some FUN!
What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide executive level support including calendar management and scheduling needs.
- Help coordinate leadership offsite meetings and other company related meetings/events
- Secure and manage travel arrangements including ground and air transportation.
- Ensure best use of executive time and related management.
- Manage administrative activities to help complete important deliverables, including sending out agendas for meetings, PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage expense reporting and reconciliation.
- Provide support on special projects.
- You will report to the Manager, Executive Assistants
What You'll Need to be Successful:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years providing direct support to senior-level executives
- Event/Meeting planning experience
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 suite
- Work with all levels of the organization.
- Will manage unforeseen circumstances.
- Have an enthusiasm for delivering outstanding results.
